Employee Assistance Program
Ascension Wisconsin’s Employee Assistance Program is designed to resolve personal and family issues to reduce behavioral health claims as a standalone service or can be combined with an onsite clinic to provide optimal care continuity. Our professionals provide short-term, in-person or virtual counseling, group and employer education, crisis response, assessment and reporting.
Health and wellness programming

Occupational Health: Pre-employment, medical surveillance support
Our dedicated occupational health clinics and specialists provide services that support post-offer pre-hire screening, drug and alcohol testing, as well as pre-placement DOT and pre-employment physicals for all industries or roles. Our teams have expertise in providing OSHA-mandated requirements for audiometric and spirometry testing.

Employer Solutions provides treatment, management and prevention of work-related injury and illness. Led by Board Certified Occupational Medicine Physicians, our work injury specialists are dedicated to understanding your workplace, return-to-work and light duty programs, OSHA first aid and reportability and the importance of good communication for patient and employer throughout the process.
