Philip Eaves holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Lamar University and an MBA from the University of Houston-Downtown. He previously served as Director of Business Development at Memorial Hermann Health System in Houston, Texas, and in multiple operational and business development roles at CHRISTUS Health. While serving in these positions, Eaves played an instrumental role in the creation of direct-to-employer strategies and served as a trusted consultant to multiple Fortune 100 companies.
For the past two and a half years, Philip has been serving as the Director of National Business Development for Ascension Employer Solutions. During this time, he has partnered with multiple operational leaders at Ascension to construct consumer-centric healthcare solutions including network products for the Austin business community.
