Whitney Kidd

Whitney Kidd is the Business Development Director for Ascension St. John in Tulsa, Oklahoma.  Prior to serving Ascension, Whitney held the role as the Global Client Relationship Director for one of the top Clinical Research Organizations in the world and supported 86 countries, strategically uncovering  opportunities for global process improvements, managing large scale projects, and developing recruitment and retention strategies in partnership with key stakeholders to drive recruitment efforts within the global RPO model.

Whitney is passionate about helping companies grow while assisting top quality professionals in bettering their careers. Her objective is to drive success by developing business opportunities and appropriately meet the goals and growth strategies for clients. She creates strategic partnerships with internal management teams to maximize and utilize their internal and external resources. Whitney performs all functions to establish market presence, while focusing on employing all internal and external compliance measures.
