Lindsey Thompson, RN, BSN, MAS currently serves as the Director of Value Based Programs/ ACO Operations for Ascension St John in Tulsa, Oklahoma. An ICU nurse by background and Master's graduate of Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, Lindsey has spent the past 10 years in healthcare at the bedside, leading population health management initiatives, and aiding health systems in the transition to Value Based Care. Her experience includes health system consultation in BPCIA and ACO management, Clinically Integrated Networks (CINs), Post Acute Network creation and management, Payor Relations, Direct to Employer Relationships, global health planning and management, international community development, and rural health initiatives.
