Jason Lepak, MD, CPE, FACEP

Jason Lepak, M.D. is the President and Clinical Dyad Leader for Ascension Medical Group St. John, and he currently provides physician oversight to Ascension St. John’s virtual care program.

Dr. Lepak has held several medical director leadership roles within the St. John health system for more than 16 years, including Former Chief Medical Officer for the Ascension St. John Broken Arrow & Sapulpa Hospitals.

Dr. Lepak received his medical degree from the University of Oklahoma School of Medicine. He completed his emergency medicine residency at Wake Forest University in North Carolina. He is a Certified Graduate of Ascension and the Aquinas Institute of Theology’s Executive Ministry Leadership Formation Program (EMLFP), a Certified Physician Executive (CPE) by the board of American Academy of Physician Leaders and a Fellow in the American College of Emergency Physicians.
