High Performing Networks. We have the ability to offer a high performing network for employers to offer as part of their benefit design. This premium network offered with lower out of pocket costs for the employee serves to drive care to our clinically integrated system of care. Through our care model, we are able to manage costs and care to ensure your employees receive the right care at the right time at the right place.
Health and Wellness Programming. Healthy cultures are the result of wellness strategies that are thoughtfully planned, executed and evaluated. Together, we will design an integrated wellness strategy to help you reach your organizational goals. Services include targeted health coaching and outreach.
Physical, Occupational and Industrial Therapy. Ascension St. Vincent’s rehabilitation specialists can help businesses manage personal and work-related injuries and increase organizational success. Delivered with a focus on prevention, our therapy services include ergonomics, functional job descriptions and evaluations, and work- and nonwork-related therapy.
Occupational Health. Our occupational health services and clinics offer a robust work-injury management program, drug and alcohol testing, as well as pre-placement DOT and OSHA physicals.
As a group of 85 employees, our company has participated in the Ascension St. Vincent’s Wellness Program for over 3 years. This program has helped us to be more accountable to one another in improving our health and in making lifestyle changes. We now have blood pressure machines scattered all over the office! Change is hard but each of us has committed to individual goals that will make us a healthier company overall.

I like the fact that I can do my annual health screen and check in with my health coach each quarter while at work. No missing work and no risk of getting sick from sitting in a doctor’s office around sick people. The health coaches are all very sweet and helpful.
