Catrina Bell

Catrina Bell is responsible for Ascension Employer Solutions operations. She is certified in Lean Six Sigma process improvement and has previous human resources and project management experience in both corporate and start-up healthcare organizations.
Catrina received her Master’s in Healthcare Business Administration from Jack C. Massey Graduate School of Business and her Bachelors in both Economics and Management from Belmont University. Through her educational career, Catrina has studied the healthcare industry abroad in Cuba, South America, and Europe.
